STEALTHWATCH LOCATE
Professional User Agreement
Operating version: September 6, 2026
1. Professional and authorized use
Stealthwatch Locate is available only to verified attorneys, law-firm personnel, process servers, legal-support professionals, and qualified business representatives. Account approval does not automatically approve every request. Each request must identify a documented legal matter, service objective, or business transaction and a lawful permissible purpose.
You represent that you have authority to request the work, that the information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that the report will be used only for the approved purpose.
2. Identity and credential verification
You authorize Stealthwatch and its contracted service providers to verify your identity, professional credential, organization, and authority to act. Verification may include a government-issued photo identification document and a live facial image processed on a provider-hosted verification page.
Stealthwatch intends to retain the provider reference, verification result, professional credential, and review history—not raw government-ID or selfie files. The identity provider may process and retain information under its own terms and privacy notice. You must keep your account information current and promptly report a suspended, expired, or revoked credential.
3. Account security
Your account is personal to the verified professional or authorized organization representative. You may not share credentials, permit another person to order under your identity, or allow another person to access a report without authorization. Stealthwatch may require re-verification, suspend access, or reject a request when account activity, credentials, or purpose cannot be confirmed.
4. Sources and limits of results
Reports may compile information from lawfully accessible public records, authorized commercial databases, open-source websites and publications, and information supplied by the customer. Source availability, coverage, accuracy, and update schedules vary. Records may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, conflicting, outdated, or associated with another person or entity.
Stealthwatch does not guarantee that any particular information, current address, contact detail, record, relationship, asset, or result can or will be found. A candidate address is not a guarantee of current residence, occupancy, service, collection, litigation, or transaction results. Reports state material limitations, confidence, match basis, and source dates where applicable. Customers must independently evaluate material information before relying on it.
5. Report scope and delivery
Quick Snapshot and Deep Dive are standardized research reports. Deliverables are limited to information responsive to the approved purpose and selected tier. Unrestricted database dumps, unrelated personal information, surveillance, field verification, service attempts, interviews, affidavits, and testimony are not included.
Reports and status information may be delivered through the professional account or another access-controlled delivery provider. You must protect all reports against unauthorized access and limit further distribution to people who are authorized for the documented matter or transaction.
6. Fees and payment
The Quick Snapshot fee is $99 and the Deep Dive fee is $249. Payment is made in full through the designated payment provider only after the account and individual request clear review. There is no retainer, deposit, installment arrangement, negotiated statement of work, or open balance after delivery for these standardized reports.
Fees compensate Stealthwatch for the approved research and professional review—not for a promised result. A report lacking a preferred fact, address, outcome, or information the customer considers useful does not by itself qualify for a refund.
7. Deep Dive limited-information adjustment
If Stealthwatch determines that a completed Deep Dive produced only information substantially equivalent to the Quick Snapshot and no responsive information was developed through the Deep Dive-only source coverage or analysis, Stealthwatch may, in its discretion, issue a $150 refund or account credit.
“Limited information” means the completed expanded research produced no responsive finding beyond the information categories and core review ordinarily included in a Quick Snapshot. It does not mean that the customer disliked the findings, already knew a finding, expected a different address, or did not obtain a desired outcome. If any responsive information developed through the Deep Dive is not included in the Quick Snapshot, the full $249 fee applies. Adjustments are determined by Stealthwatch after internal review and are not guaranteed.
8. Deadlines
All delivery windows are estimates. A requested deadline is not accepted unless Stealthwatch expressly confirms the date in writing before payment. Silence, account approval, a payment link, or completed payment does not constitute deadline acceptance. Source outages, incomplete identifiers, identity ambiguity, requests for clarification, weekends, holidays, and events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.
9. Prohibited and regulated uses
You may not use Stealthwatch Locate for stalking, harassment, intimidation, retaliation, personal curiosity, unlawful surveillance, locating a protected person without authority, or any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Stealthwatch Locate is not a consumer reporting agency and its reports are not consumer reports. Reports may not be used for employment, tenant, credit, insurance, benefit, licensing, or other eligibility decisions governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar law. Stealthwatch may decline, suspend, or route a request to a different compliant process when a regulated use or insufficient authorization is identified.
10. Corrections, disputes, and escalation
Report questions or suspected inaccuracies must identify the specific finding and supporting information. Stealthwatch may re-check the cited source, correct a confirmed transcription or matching error, explain the stated limitation, or decline a change that is not supported by the record. Suspected unauthorized use, account compromise, threats, protected-person concerns, legal process, or source restrictions will be escalated and may suspend access immediately.
11. Retention, deletion, and legal holds
The final operating retention periods for identity-verification references, professional credentials, account records, request files, payment records, and delivered reports remain a prelaunch legal and privacy decision. The final Privacy Notice will state those periods before paid public launch. Applicable legal holds, licensing requirements, disputes, and professional-record obligations may suspend ordinary deletion.
12. Service discretion and changes
Stealthwatch may request documentation, decline a professional account or individual request, limit a deliverable to the minimum necessary information, or suspend access when authorization, identity, credentials, source rules, safety, or law require it. Material changes to this agreement will be versioned and may require renewed acceptance.
