Recorded Statements
Recorded statements. Documented for trial.
Stealthwatch conducts recorded statements of claimants, witnesses, employees, and other parties of interest for authorized insurance, litigation, corporate, and investigative matters. The interview plan is built around the client’s objectives and available documents while preserving a professional, neutral, and understandable question sequence.

The investigator conducts a professional recorded interview, uses appropriate follow-up questions, and identifies referenced exhibits.
The recording is checked, supporting materials organized, and the agreed transcript, summary, or follow-up memo delivered securely.
A statement is not a deposition.
A recorded statement is an investigative interview — not sworn testimony or a legal conclusion — unless counsel separately arranges a formal proceeding under applicable procedure. Recording method, consent, and notice requirements are confirmed for the jurisdiction before the interview, never assumed after it.
Verifiable through the State of Georgia.
In-person recorded statements are available throughout Georgia. Remote interviews and select multi-state assignments may be available when the recording method, consent rules, licensing, and client authority are lawful and confirmed. Vetted partners may be used for approved out-of-state work.
Scheduling depends on subject availability, location, counsel or adjuster coordination, interpreter needs, and required documents. The recording typically targets delivery within a timeframe confirmed at intake. Standard transcription turnaround is confirmed at scope, with rush service quoted when available.
What adjusters and counsel ask before scheduling an interview.
Is a recorded statement the same as a deposition?
No. A deposition is a formal legal proceeding governed by applicable rules. A recorded statement is an investigative interview unless counsel separately arranges a sworn or formal proceeding.
Do all parties have to consent to the recording?
Recording and consent rules vary by jurisdiction and circumstance. Stealthwatch confirms the applicable method and required consent or notice steps before the interview.
Can the client provide questions or documents?
Yes. The client may provide objectives, questions, exhibits, prior statements, claim materials, or other authorized documents. The investigator organizes them into a clear sequence and uses reasonable follow-up questions.
Is a transcript included?
A transcript is included only when specified in the service package. The scope identifies the transcript type, certification if any, delivery format, cost, and expected turnaround.
Can you interview a reluctant or represented person?
Participation, contact, and representation issues are reviewed before scheduling. Stealthwatch does not compel cooperation and follows the engagement instructions, applicable law, and restrictions communicated by counsel.
A statement rarely stands alone. These are what usually sit on the same file.
