Case Notes
Casework, Anonymized.
Case details are anonymized to protect client and subject confidentiality. Every matter is different, and past results do not guarantee outcomes.
01
Reported Disabled. Documented Otherwise.
A claimant reported severe physical limitations restricting daily activity. Over the claim period, Stealthwatch documented the same individual performing physically demanding activity flatly inconsistent with the reported restrictions — on video, time-stamped, and delivered in a format the carrier could act on.
02
Twenty-Plus Defendants, One Service Plan.
A matter required service on more than twenty defendants connected to a correctional facility and a sheriff’s department. Rather than knocking and hoping, we built a service plan around workplace patterns and scheduling intelligence. Service was completed across the defendant group through coordinated, strategic effort.
03
The Damage That Didn’t Add Up.
An insurance claim described vehicle damage and circumstances that didn’t sit right. Through neighborhood canvassing and surveillance, we tested the claim against what actually happened — and the evidence contradicted significant portions of it.
04
Locating the Witness Everyone Else Lost.
A witness critical to the client’s case had gone dark. We developed current information through investigative research, then confirmed it with field verification — not just a stale database hit. The witness was located and confirmed.
05
Six Quiet Days, One Decisive Hour.
An extended surveillance assignment ran multiple days with little to show. We held the plan. The deployment ultimately produced evidence critical to the client’s objectives. Persistence is a method here, not a hope.
