Cedric Hylton is an Atlanta-area private investigator and the founder and lead investigator of Stealthwatch Investigations, a Georgia-licensed private detective agency based in Doraville. He directs the agency’s investigative work, client communication, documentation standards, and coordination with vetted partner investigators.
Cedric’s background includes surveillance, insurance and SIU investigations, litigation support, recorded statements, process serving, skip tracing, witness locates, and digital intelligence. His approach is built around lawful methods, factual accuracy, clear documentation, and realistic communication with clients from intake through final reporting.
Cedric holds Georgia individual private detective credential PDE050199. Stealthwatch Investigations operates under Georgia Private Detective Agency license PDC003029 and maintains $1M / $5M insurance coverage.
