How a Stealthwatch service assignment runs before the package is matched to your matter.
Designed for clients who need reliable communication, documented attempts, and a clear return package.
Attorneys, government counsel, and in-house legal departments with active service needs.
Firms outside Georgia who need one reliable in-state point of contact.
Investigative agencies and process-serving networks requiring Georgia coverage.
Properly issued documents and a lawful service need, usually working through an attorney.
Deliverables depend on jurisdiction and package. What never varies is that every attempt is on the record.
Documents, issuing authority, address, deadline, appointment requirements, and requested proof.
Dates, times, locations, and outcomes for every attempt — successful or not.
Affidavit, proof, return, or declaration of service — or of documented non-service.
Skip tracing, alternate-address development, or surveillance-assisted service when authorized.
Four steps from documents received to proof returned.
We review documents, issuing court or authority, service address, deadline, appointment requirements, instructions, and requested proof.
The assignment is scheduled by geography, urgency, risk, known subject patterns, and the approved number of attempts.
The server makes professional, lawful attempts and reports material developments on the agreed cadence.
Service or unsuccessful attempts are documented, quality-checked, and returned. Filing occurs only when specifically authorized.
Every attempt on the record.
Routine and difficult-service matters alike are documented through attempt records and the affidavit, proof, return, or non-service documentation required by the approved scope and local practice. Completion is never guaranteed — the recipient’s location, availability, evasion, and local rules are outside the server’s control.
Verifiable through the State of Georgia.
Georgia service is available where Stealthwatch or the assigned server is authorized, appointed when required, and able to comply with local rules. Out-of-state service may be coordinated through vetted, appropriately authorized partners. Authority, appointment, local procedure, mileage, partner terms, and proof requirements are confirmed before acceptance.
Standard assignments target a first attempt within a window confirmed at intake, following complete documents and authorization. Rush or same-day attempts may be available based on time received, location, appointment status, staffing, and subject information.
What firms ask before sending the first assignment.
What documents can you serve?
Assignments may include subpoenas, summonses, complaints, notices, and other properly issued legal documents when the requested service is lawful and the server is authorized. The issuing jurisdiction and document type are reviewed at intake.
Is same-day or rush service available?
It may be available depending on the time of receipt, complete documents, appointment requirements, location, staffing, and subject information. Feasibility and the rush fee are confirmed before acceptance.
How many attempts are included?
The number, timing, and type of attempts depend on the selected service package, deadline, address quality, jurisdiction, and client instructions. Additional attempts require approval unless already included.
What if the person is avoiding service?
Stealthwatch can propose difficult-service planning, skip tracing, alternate-address development, pattern analysis, or surveillance-assisted service when lawful and authorized. Success is not guaranteed.
Will you file the proof of service with the court?
The standard return may be delivery of the completed proof to the client. Court filing is performed only when it is specifically included, authorized, and allowed by the court’s procedure.
When an address is stale or a subject is evading, these are what unstick the file.
