Insurance & SIU Support

SIU casework. Built to evidentiary standards.

Stealthwatch supports insurance carriers, third-party administrators, self-insured organizations, defense counsel, and SIU teams with objective field and intelligence work. Assignments may involve claimant surveillance, scene documentation, neighborhood or witness canvassing, recorded statements, open-source research, locate work, or a coordinated combination of services.

Each referral is converted into a clear investigative plan tied to the client’s questions, claim posture, budget, reporting standards, and deadline. Stealthwatch documents facts, sources, limitations, and chain-of-custody steps without making coverage, fraud, liability, medical, or legal conclusions that belong to the carrier, counsel, or other qualified decision-maker.

How It Works

01
Referral review

We confirm the claim question, permissible purpose, available identifiers, prior materials, reporting format, billing instructions, and deadline.

02
Case plan and authorization

We recommend the field, interview, locate, or digital work most likely to answer the referral and obtain written approval.

03
Investigation and updates

Assigned personnel execute the approved plan while the case lead manages communications, budget thresholds, and material developments.

04
Case package delivery

Reports, media, statements, source records, and limitations are quality-checked and delivered through the agreed secure channel.

Coverage Area

Stealthwatch handles assignments throughout Georgia and coordinates select multi-state work through vetted partners where lawful. Partner licensing, insurance, scope, reporting standards, and jurisdictional requirements are reviewed before assignment. The client continues to work through one Stealthwatch case lead.

Turnaround

New referrals are normally reviewed within one business day. Urgent deployment may be available when staffing and field conditions permit. Surveillance reporting generally targets preliminary delivery within 24 hours after field completion. Recorded statements, canvasses, research, and multi-part investigations follow the schedule approved in the case plan, with delays or material scope issues communicated as early as practical.

Common Questions

What types of claims can Stealthwatch support?

Assignments may support workers’ compensation, liability, disability, property, bodily-injury, suspected fraud, material-misrepresentation, and related claim questions when the purpose and requested methods are lawful.

Can you accept direct carrier assignments and vendor-network work?

Yes, subject to licensing, capacity, conflict review, written terms, credentialing, data-security requirements, and the client’s approved billing process.

How are budgets and status updates managed?

The engagement defines the reporting cadence, authorized hours, expense treatment, and budget thresholds. Stealthwatch seeks approval before expanding beyond the agreed scope unless the contract states otherwise.

Can surveillance be combined with statements or digital research?

Yes. A coordinated plan can combine field surveillance, recorded statements, locates, scene work, and lawful open-source research when the combined approach serves the referral question.

Are investigators available for testimony?

Investigator availability can be discussed and scheduled under the engagement terms. Reports, notes, and media are preserved according to the agreed retention and evidence-handling process, but testimony and admissibility are never guaranteed.

Send the referral question, known identifiers, relevant claim materials, preferred report format, deadline, and billing requirements. Stealthwatch will return a practical investigative plan, budget, and realistic timeline for approval.
