Information you provide is used solely for: (1) evaluating your investigative request, (2) communicating with you about your case, (3) executing the investigation under our license and insurance, and (4) maintaining records as required by Georgia private investigator regulations and applicable law.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Information may be shared with: (1) network investigators we assign to your case, who operate under our written confidentiality agreement, (2) your designated counsel or representatives at your direction, (3) regulatory authorities or courts when required by law, and (4) our professional liability carrier if a coverage matter arises.
Service Providers
To operate our business and deliver services, we rely on trusted third-party providers that process information on our behalf. These include website hosting and infrastructure (WordPress.com / Automattic), business email (Google Workspace), form intake and workflow automation (Make.com), records and case management (Notion), payment processing (Stripe), and website analytics (Google Analytics and Google Search Console). These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to perform services for us and are expected to protect it consistent with this Policy.
Data Storage and Security
Case files, correspondence, and reporting are stored using industry-standard security practices. Active case data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Georgia regulations and statute of limitations considerations. Inactive case data is purged or archived per our records retention policy.
Website Tracking and Cookies
Our website uses standard analytics to understand visitor behavior and improve site performance. We do not use tracking to identify or contact individual visitors who have not initiated communication with us.
