Stealthwatch Locate is a standardized research and reporting product for attorneys, process servers, and qualified business representatives. You verify your professional credentials once, submit the matter and its purpose, select a flat-fee tier, and receive a written report that states what was located, how confident we are in it, where it came from, and where the record runs out.

Three professional paths. Each one is verified against a documented matter and a stated purpose before payment is enabled.
You need a party, witness, heir, or asset lead developed for a matter already on your docket — without opening an investigative file, negotiating a scope, or carrying an hourly.
Routine database results came back thin, the known address is stale, or attempts have failed. You need a human to work the contradictions and develop candidate service addresses worth an attempt.
You are about to sign, fund, hire a vendor, or extend terms, and you want the entity and its principals looked at against the public record first.

- Instant database access, a commodity first-pass skip trace, the service attempt itself, or an affidavit.

- Legal entity name, formation jurisdiction, registration number where known, the principals of interest, and the transaction or relationship the review supports.
- You receive
- Registration and standing as reported by the official registry, principal and officer identification, affiliated entities, and public-record items material to the transaction.
- Not included
- Credit reports, consumer reports, employment or tenant screening, or any use governed by the FCRA.

Once verification clears, a secure payment link for the selected tier is issued. Payment is disabled until then.

Anyone can sell a database printout. What a professional needs is a report that says where each finding came from, how confident the analyst is in it, which records disagreed with each other, and where the paper trail stopped. That is the whole product. If the record does not support a conclusion, the report says so.
Read this before you order. You will be asked to acknowledge it again at checkout, and it is repeated in the limitations section of every report.
How information is obtained and limits of results
Stealthwatch Locate compiles information from lawfully accessible public records, commercially available and authorized data sources, open-source websites, and information supplied by the customer. Source availability, coverage, accuracy, and update schedules vary. Records may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or associated with another person or entity.
Stealthwatch Locate does not guarantee that any particular information, current address, contact detail, record, relationship, asset, or other result can or will be found. A report reflects the information located and analyzed at the time of the search. It is not proof of identity, ownership, or current location; legal advice; offered or authorized for use as a consumer report in an excluded regulated eligibility decision; or a guarantee of service, litigation, collection, transaction, or business results. Customers must review and independently verify material information before relying on it.
Who is allowed to order a report?
Attorneys and law firm staff, process servers and legal-support professionals, and qualified business clients ordering for a documented business transaction or relationship. Access is verified. We do not sell these reports to the general public, and we do not accept personal, relationship, dating, or curiosity requests through this product.
Do I have to re-verify my credentials on every order?
No. Professional credentials are verified once and stored against your account, and later orders reuse that verified status. We will ask again only on a defined trigger — credential expiration or revocation, a material conflict between your account and a new inquiry, or a compliance or security review flag. Every individual order still gets its own matter, purpose, and authority review, which is a separate check from credential verification.
What happens if you cannot find the subject?
You receive the report either way, and it states what was searched, what was located, what conflicted, and where the record ran out. We do not sell a guarantee that a person, address, or record will be found, and we will not pad a report to look fuller than the record supports. If the intake tells us up front that the request is unlikely to be productive, we will say so before you pay.
Can I use this for employment, tenant, or credit screening?
No. These reports are not consumer reports and are not offered or authorized for employment, tenant, personal credit, insurance, benefits, licensing, or any other eligibility decision governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Requests that disclose an excluded use are declined. If you need FCRA-compliant screening, you need a consumer reporting agency, and we are not one.
Is this a background check?
Not in the consumer-screening sense. It is a research and reporting product built around a documented professional matter, with a stated purpose, an authority check, and a written statement of sources, confidence, and limits. The difference matters legally, not just semantically.
How is the report delivered?
Through secure delivery, with access instructions sent separately. Report contents are never placed in an email subject line or preview, and delivery is recorded by recipient, version, and event.
Something in my report looks wrong. What now?
Contact us with the finding number. We re-examine the match basis and the underlying source. If a correction is warranted, you receive a replacement report version through the same secure delivery channel, and the correction is recorded.
Can you also serve the papers, or put someone under surveillance?
Those are separate Stealthwatch engagements with their own scope and pricing — they are not part of this product and are never bundled in silently. If your report points to field work, we will tell you what that engagement would look like and let you decide.
